"I received an insurance bill after I cancelled, looked in the State Farm App, & was no longer affiliated with an agent, & no bill existed. Since I had not heard anything back from the previous interactions, I stopped in the office & read the record of the cancellation call. Days later an incredibly rude lady named Amy finally called. She refused to take any responsibility, was unprepared for questions, & ridiculously claimed the January 5th text came after the phone call on January 9th. Her biggest failure, however, was not understanding that the only reason I had gone to the original meeting on November 12th was to give them one last chance to keep my business. I told them the rate increase was unacceptable & I had received another quote. They promised to get back to me. I had house insurance with this agency since 2002 & car insurance for about 5 years before that, five policies in total, but my business was not important enough for Mick to return a call or message."

"Tried to buy a home policy through Mick Quinn State Farm. Rachel was my contact person. I put in for a homeowners quote online and tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of Rachel to purchase the policy but she was always busy when I called and would not return my messages, so I had to go with a different insurance company.

Anyways, the other day I discovered that they had created a policy for me without my permission and started billing me for the policy I never signed up for for months already and that I’m late making payments. I feel scammed and very disappointed with Mick Quinn State Farm."
